  • Winds of Hope is a registered charity in Australia and registered association in Uganda, with a join board of directors. This allows us to transfer funds without going through any intermediaries, reducing costs and ensuring they are received safely.

  • Aside from credit card fees (1.5-3% depending on the card), we do not take any fees from donations for use by management or the company. Winds of Hope is entirely volunteer run and funded.

  • Subscribe to our newsletter or blog to receive frequent updates. We actively work on a number of healthcare and education initiatives, and blog about them frequently.

  • Absolutely - just mention it when you donate, or reach out directly and we’ll work with you to focus your contributions accordingly.

  • Absolutely - we use Stripe, the leading payment processor used by businesses and charities around the world.

    We do not keep or store any credit card numbers.
